  • Services

    Event by Niki provides planning and decoration services for small, intimate events, such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, baby showers, and private celebrations. The details of each event are confirmed in writing before the event date.

  • Booking & Payment

    A written confirmation and a deposit are required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and full payment schedule will be outlined in your proposal or invoice. Full payment must be made prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (minus any costs already incurred). Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. If the event must be cancelled due to force majeure (see section 6), we will offer to reschedule or issue a partial refund based on costs already incurred.

  • Changes to Your Event

    Small changes can be made up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability. Significant changes (e.g., date, location, size of event) may result in additional fees or may not be possible depending on scheduling and stock.

  • Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for:

    Providing accurate event information (time, place, number of guests, etc.)

    Ensuring access to the venue at agreed-upon times

    Informing venue management of our setup and decoration needs

    Ensuring the safety of all decorative items throughout the event

  • Responsibility for Damages

    Clients are responsible for any loss or damage caused to our rented or provided items during the event.
    Costs for repairs or replacements will be invoiced after the event if necessary.
